Salus exists for the years that matter most.

Salus Essentials was founded on a frustration: the supplement aisle wasn't built for women in midlife. The bottles were either built for 25-year-old gym bros, or they were a vague "wellness blend" with no real science behind them. Nothing in between.

I wanted something that took the years between 35 and 55 seriously — the years when oestrogen starts to drop, when bone density quietly slips, when sleep gets uneven and the brain fog settles in. The years that matter most for the decades ahead.

What Salus is

Salus is a single, refined daily blend that brings together the six nutrients women need most through midlife: whey protein isolate, creatine, magnesium L-threonate, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, and DHA.
